Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Marketing Manager of HIGHCAT, you will own how we present ourselves to the world, to customers, partners, government and talent that we attract. This is a strategic seat at a company where decisions move fast and accountability is needed. In your role as Marketing Manager, you will execute HIGHCAT’s marketing strategy, helping translate complex technical products into clear value propositions and supporting our growth in European and international markets. Steer with exceptional autonomy, shaping our brand that reflects the quality of what we are building.

This is a high-autonomy role. You set the strategy, run the work, and work closely with our Sales Team and Head of Design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define and execute marketing strategies that support our commercial and sales objectives: from positioning to demand generation.

  • Lead launches for new drone platforms, payloads and system capabilities.

  • Work shoulder to shoulder with design, engineering, sales teams, and founders to turn technical features into sharp, compelling messaging.

  • Manage content strategy and execution, including website content, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, and thought-leadership materials. Ensure it reflects who we are and where we are going.

  • Steer press and media engagement across Europe and key international markets.

  • Run digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and lead-generation campaigns, measuring only what matters.

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to continuously optimize performance.

  • Plan, organize, and prepare HIGHCAT’s presence at high-stakes events (demonstrations, industry events and trade shows, including booth concepts, materials and messaging.) where deals actually happen.

  • Build HIGHCAT's visibility in the industry networks and professional communities our customers live in.
